I create outfits.

It makes me daydream that I have a million events to go with

 my boyfriend Channing Tatum undoubtedly will propose to me anytime soon.

I really don't understand what's making him take so darn long.

Meanwhile that sucker won't catch me unprepared...oh I'll be waiting darling
dressed and ready to go!!!

Chocolate in Overalls

There is NOTHING more comforting than to eat chocolate.

Its food for the soul.

And when I want to feel comfortable, girly and careless ...I wear my overalls.

Period.

Mind Traveling

The beach awaits...I wish a beer would as well, but I can't drink beer on the sun: I end up with a migraine that sends me to bed.

Anyways...I wish I did though

I tend to associate cold beers with a day at the beach, with the sun kissing my skin and surrounded by lots of friends.

A typical Saturday for me back in Puerto Rico a "couple" years back.

Today, I'm going to make believe I took a time shuttle back to the past;

 back to those days when daytime meant beach

and nighttime meant PARTY!

Strawberry Rosemary Mojito

Here I present you to a better version of the Classic Mojito!

All you will need is:

1 Strawberry

A few Rosemary leaves as they are quite strong!!

3 to 4 lime wedges

 1 1/2 oz of Zacapa Rum

 1 1/2 oz of Sweet and Sour 

1oz of Simple Sugar

A muddler

Put all ingredients in a glass

Then muddle all of them.

It will look like this ;)

Add  1 1/2 oz of  Zacapa Rum

Add 1 oz of Sweet & Sour

and  Simple Sugar

Voila!!

You now have a drink that will take you straight to Miami...

Just close your eyes...

I wish I had my friends close to share this Mojito with them.

CARRIE-D AWAY!

Every time I watch Sex and the City re-runs I get so Inspired!

This is because Sarah Jessica's character Carrie Bradshaw has an incredibly risky and unique sense of style.

Hit or miss...I dig that.

I would maybe never wear some styles she did, like the famous mid-riffs since they simply wont look as good on me, but I really admire a girl who is not afraid to take some mayor risks in fashion and have fun.

Fashion is all about expressing who you are and how you want to be perceived.

I love that she has so many different styles, she never sticks with only one and I can relate to that.

I get bored very easily so I usually dress up according to my mood.

On the other hand... personality-wise I am more of a cross between Samantha and Miranda.

Thank you LIFE!

I stumbled upon this beautiful Monarch Butterfly

I noticed her beauty, but her flickering and incapability to fly only confirmed one thing: 

these were her last minutes.

I couldn't walk away, as I watched her struggle, trying so hard to do what she knew best: spreading her lovely colorful wings and fly.

She couldn't do that anymore.

Only God knows what happened to her minutes before.

Maybe she was old. Maybe she hurt herself along her way.

I felt so useless, powerless.

All I could do, was be there for her.

Today I am grateful that I breath.

My body is in perfect condition,and by that I mean nothing hurts.

My soul feels loved and loves back.

I have peace of mind.

I can see beauty.

I can smell the coffee.

I can enjoy delicious foods.

I can listen to amazing tones of voice.

I am alive!
